Great experience. Jim Maher was very knowledgeable about the differences between each TV model. He was able to answer all.our questions and was not pushy. Showed us the various models and let us take our time in deciding which model.we wanted. The TV was delivered within a days and mounted on the wall several days later. Great experience all around.

The Big Screen Store was the best price for the 85 inch TV I was looking to buy. Jim Maher was great showing me the different models and sound bars. I bought the TV on Wednesday and it was delivered on Friday. They delivered and set the TV up with the sound bar in about 20 minutes. They made it so easy!! Thanks The Big Screen Store!

Recently I visited the Glen Burnie location of the Big Screen Store. Wade Humphrey was very helpful by explaining the technology upgrades since my last TV purchase 7 years ago. He took the time to demo features and show me how to use the technology. This was my third TV purchase from the Big Screen Store and I would highly recommend them and particularly Wade Humphrey.

Acquired a rather large TV for the new property. Searched online and found the target model for the amount I wanted to spend. Considered CostCo and BestBuy, but in visiting Wade at the Big Screen Store, I knew I’d run with them. He broke things down in plain language, game me time to compare his offerings including install and sound bar w/the competition and was clear and efficient throughout the process. Excellent communication skills. Finished result is 100% what I was looking forward to when I imagined my home “entertainment center”. Zero regrets; would do business again w/them in a heartbeat.

After looking at several other stores, we found theRoom Store in Glen Burnie. Jim and Wade provided amazing customer service, which honestly, was the reason we purchased our home theater system from them. It was nice to have that one on one customer service experience where you, the customer seemed to matter. That was apparent throughout the purchase. I have bought two tvs from TBSS now. Happy both times. They were very patient with me as I spent quite a bit of time playing with the different options in their showroom.
