Visited this location and was here for quite sometime trying to iron out some issues with my husband's phone. The staff patiently worked with us to ensure the error was resolved even though it took hours to fix they took. We walked out with his phone working just phone.

Ill make this short and to the point. this is the second verison store that did not have the phone i wanted. The store was completely dead and only 1 person came up and introduced him self while everyone else was leaned up against something or sitting on the display counters on their phones. Very unprofessional.
Terrible service. Walked in wanting to upgrade my phone, was completely turned off by the careless staff and left. The two basic questions I asked about the device was considering seemed like a total chore for these folks. Completely brushed off by a crew that couldn't wait to get the hell out of there. Boooo
