Good selection, good prices, bad customer service. So why bother with a physical store, when you can buy online. Bought 2 bikes including gear like helmets, bike locks, bottle holders, and a bike rack, spending over $2000 . The issue was with the bike rack. One of the bikes we purchased, the frame style doesn't work with the bike rack. Seeing as how we were being helped by an employee the whole time because these were our first bikes, it doesn't speak well to his knowledge on the equipment he is selling. Now that would normally be acceptable, but they wouldn't accept a return for a refund, nor did they offer a store credit so I could at least buy a rack from them that works with the bikes they sold. Just buy online and likely get a better price and definitely have a better selection.
Great communication. They take care of all customers very well and they explain everything what you want to know about the bike . I bought my bike at there and I love it. and also they give my bike lifetime warranty.
Amazing customer service from the fella at the Omaha bike rack location! From looking at the stock on the website for racks to walking in the door to leaving. Everything was ready to go and the king man threw my new rack on. Thank you for all your help!
I've owned Trek bicycles for decades. I've had exceptional experiences with different bikes all of which have been extremely reliable. More importantly, sales and service employees at The Trek Store are top-notch. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have consistently gone above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend the West Omaha Trek store. Tony D
I went here for a first-time service need, for my recumbent, and was I delighted! It's a busy store, yet Brandon had time to thoroughly document my needs and concerns. My bike was ready the next day! I only encountered friendly and professional people, and the price for repair was more than reasonable. They also tweaked things for free! I'm sold. I have great confidence in bringing my bike here, should the need arise, again!
I dropped my bike off for service and Brandon was very good at explaining the process to me. It was done the next day and Justin was also very good about telling me how to take care of my tubeless tires. Prior to pick up Brandon had left me a very descriptive voice mail explaining what he found when he did the repairs to the tires. Well done. I will be back when I need to buy anything for my bikes and for future service. Thank you! John Mlnarik
Normally I get ignored when I enter a store and my conversations with the sales staff is short. I felt welcomed and I can see why going to a specialty store is worth the experiences. Although I didn't have the money to keep buying more products, I will definitely be a life time customer. I forgot the name of the person that helped me but, I can tell you that he was very attentive and patient with me and he helped me chose my bike by also entertaining my 6 year old while I test drive them. Thank you to him. I like the explanation of the care I should take with my Tern folding bike and the service offered to tune up the bike. I'm unemployed so I have no source of income just savings so when I do get a job, you better believe I'll be shopping for my E-bike and my kids upgrade!
Great buying experience. Their prices are competitive, and the sales staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They showed me various bikes that would best fit my needs. I was able to ride the finalists around an adjacent neighborhood. The shop checked out the bike before handing it over. Couldn't be more pleased.
Excellent customer service. Joshua was hands down an absolute pleasure to work with. He took time to explain to me everything I needed to know about transitioning from a mountain bike to a road bike. He was exceptionally knowledgable and very patient while answering all of my questions. I would most definitly come back to Trek Bicycle Omaha West to do business with Joshua again. A huge thank you to him and the rest of the team as I move into the road bike world.
I had a gearing problem, so I took my bike in. They fixed it for me in 15 minutes that I was there and didn’t charge anything. They threw it up in the stand, fixed the issue and sent me on my way. Felt like a real hometown bike shop. It was perfect.
