The Bird & The Bee Wedding Planning and Design

We loved working with The Bird and Bee Wedding Planning and Design! We used several services throughout the wedding planning process – Vendor Selection I plan conferences professionally, so at first I thought there was no need for me to work with a wedding planner. After two weeks of unreturned phone calls from potential venues, I called Ashley and Daniela for help with Vendor Selection. After a quick, in-person meeting, The Bird and Bee Wedding Planning and Design prepared a grid of potential vendors that matched our budget and overall vision for the event. The grid included details on availability, price estimates, contact information and more. I felt confident moving forward booking the date and venue because I knew I had all the information. I was so impressed by the Vendor Selection package that the first service we actually booked for the big day was the Day of Coordination Package! Wedding Design and Stationery Our invitation suite was incredibly important to me because I knew it was the only way some of our friends and family would interact with our wedding. Working with Daniela on our wedding design and stationery was a spectacular experience. Daniela incorporated some of my little cartoon people with some lovely original floral sketches. I was so happy with our final products! We used the wedding invitations to guide all of our style decisions and everything really looked spectacular. Day-of Coordination I felt so comfortable with Ashley and Daniela managing our wedding details, everything from flowers, seating cards, cake, and family pictures. Even though Hurricane Isaac threatened to rain on our outdoor ceremony, I was completely able to relax and enjoy the day because I knew Ashley and Daniela understood my vision and were taking care of everything. That’s just the day - The Day-of Coordination package actually begins with some super helpful meetings about a month before the Big Day. We reviewed some great checklists that really helped me find some holes in my planning with plenty of time to correct them. The week before the wedding Ashley reviewed our plans with each vendor and prepared a detailed itinerary for the rehearsal and wedding day. It was wonderful to know everyone was on the same page because they were literally holding the same page of information.
