I remember the first time I went to see Lucy I was a nervous wreck . I was exhausted of having to shave and have my daughter do the same . As I walked in her room I felt a calming and peaceful setting. Lucy made me feel so comfortable I brought my oldest daughter to her fast forward almost two years later and I get everything waxed now . She has so many great services and prices . Used to only go to this place for my waxing, now I’m looking for a new place. New management is greedy. I used to pay $45 for a Brazilian and I scheduled an appointment for my wax, they didn’t tell me of the price increase. Then arrived for my appointment and they still didn’t tell me of the price increase. Only AFTER I got waxed they told me my total was $65 for the exact same wax I’ve been getting every month for the past 9 or 10 months. A $20 increase is RIDICULOUS and not having any signage of the prices or the employees advising of the price before the service is very unprofessional. Will not be returning.

Great waxing experience have tried several other places around town. This place seems to offer the cleanest most professional environment as well as a good value I've paid more and I've paid a little less but all around this is the place to go. Especially for the gents brazilian. In the last few months the studio has changed hands so they've made some cosmetic changes that they still have a great staff especially Nikki highly recommend her gentle touch and pleasant demeanor. If you've ever had any problems with waxing in the past a recommend this place they have a new waxing product, and my last visit I ended up with no ingrowns no redness and it seemed to last a lot longer.

I thought i would try this place out. I am glad I did! I had Sabrina. She is sweet and great at what she does. Explained everything and was knowledgeable. Waxing hurts..but their use of hard wax..i was shocked at what a difference!! They have a new client for sure!
