I recently worked with Stacy after my husband passed away. I was looking to purchase a new home. She took the time to work with me and show me several homes. She set me up with a Loan officer who completely understood what I was going through. She was so empathetic to what I was going through and even when I decided I wasn't ready to move forwarded she supported my decision. She never tried to convince me to buy or push me into making a decision I knew I would regret. If you are looking to buy a house I highly recommend using Stacy and the Brazill Team for all your needs as she truly puts the person first.

Brazil Real Estate offers a lot of real estate services, in my case, finding a house for me to rent three years ago. Las Vegas, they are IT! I never expected to rent from a company like them, because I didn't think their level of caring, problem solving, and TCB existed! If you want to rent/ buy residential or commercial property, then talk to Briana. She is so nice, knowledgeable, and understanding about everything real estate related. She's great. Then, if your in one of their properties as a renter, like me in my house, and you have any maintenance issues or emergencies, then Julie is right there for you, even on weekends, until the problem is resolved. She's the best. Landlords are never as fast or on the ball as Brazil Real estate is, and believe me, I've had my share of subpar, uncaring, and lackluster landlords, just like everyone reading this. Brazil is the real deal and I would give them ten stars if I could! I 100% recommend them to anyone with any kind of real estate needs!

If I could give Stacy 10 star's, I would. We just closed and recorded on a home purchase today. She is not your average agent who just shows you houses. She gives advice when needed. She looked out for our interest. We had some issues involving the seller on the day of our final walkthrough, and Stacy stood up and fought for us with the sellers agent to make it right. The final walkthrough was scheduled for a couple of hours before we were supposed to sign. We arrived for the final walkthrough, and a lot of the sellers personal belongings were still in the house. The house was filthy. The stove and oven was gross. The dishwasher wasn't working even though the sellers supposedly had it repaired. Needless to say, the sellers caused a 1 day delay in recording. That would have cost us extra money for the rate lock. But Stacy gave the bill to the sellers. She also made them get the house professionally cleaned, and made them get the dishwasher professionally repaired before we would sign off on the final walkthrough. I highly recommend that you hire Stacy for your next home purchase.

One of the lamest realtor in Las Vegas. Briana said I was approved for a house based on my credit score and only waiting on moving date from the owner of the house. A few days passed, got an email from her saying based on my rental history of subleasing and the fact that she doesn't know who we will be renting the 2 rooms to, I got denied. I didn't know their policy so when I said I might have 1 or 2 other people living there, she said everyone needs to get approved by them. I have no issue with that. I asked about her other listed properties and she didn't even respond it to it. This is clearly a discrimination waiting for a lawsuit. Stacy & Antone Brazill will hear about this when a lawsuit is served.

Really pleased with the professionalism of everyone I have encountered at Brazil Team Real Estate and their property management team. The rental market is Las Vegas has been pretty crazy and rent prices have gone up a lot, but we can't blame them for the market! They are very responsive to issues and seem to care. I have worked with other property management companies have not found this culture to always exist. I am not a person who writes lots of online reviews, but I am very pleased with working with them and wanted to share my experience with others.

This company will exaggerate fees once you leave their property. Do not rent with them, Brianna act nice and friendly in the beginning and in my case for years, then once you leave the property a collection will appear for thousands of dollars that they never disclose to you. Plenty of private owners to rent from do not trust this company.

As a renter this company will ruin your life, as an owner they’ll squeeze every last cent out of your tenants for you, they exaggerate every little maintenance service that they should be liable for in the first place, also never do business through brianna if you have a choice, she seems nice at first but once you sign away your life on them leases she turns super cold and rude, this company has truly traumatized me as a tenant to the point i was afraid of renting a home ever again, after i left one of the properties they found a way to still charge me thousands of dollars in damages that I actually had taken care of myself but because I didn’t have a receipt of the labor i was still charged despite them having some brand new furnishings straight from the store, waste of my money and time, as a former tenant to a possible future one, PLEASE BE CAREFUL, DOCUMENT ANY ISSUES AND REPORT THEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE CUS THEYLL USE THAT AGAINST YOU IF YOU WAIT, KEEP A RECEIPT FOR ANYTHING YOU BUY TO SERVICE THE HOME BECAUSE THIS COMPANY WILL ROB YOU AND YOUR FAMILY BLIND WITH THEIR CHARGES AND FEES.

My experience with Stacy and her team has been exceptional. First she sold our house for us after we moved out of state and then a few years later we went back to her to buy a house because of our amazing experience with her. She was so patient with us and helped us submit multiple offers since the market was so competitive at the time. We were able to find and buy the perfect house for us and we were able to do it all from out of state because of our confidence in her and her extensive experience in real estate and the market. I guarantee we will be using Stacy and her team again for any of our future real estate needs.
