We've been here just over two months and are very pleased especially with the concierge team; they are always helpful, smiling, and attentive. What a great event tonight at Sip and Paint organized by Marielle and Nadirah. A fun evening to get to know some of our neighbors.

Love so much about the Broderick.  The location, staff and events for residents are amazing.  The view of the Ben Franklin Bridge from the 11th floor common area is gorgeous.

We love the building, the location, and the team managing the Broderick. Kudos especially to Shawn in Maintenance, he seems to always have the proper and timely solution to any issue that pops up.
