The front desk is extremely polite, friendly, and efficient. The architecture is beautiful, and the building well maintained. It is a first class place to live in.

I was visiting my dentist in the building. The Washington Square Dental Group. Dr. Stephen Hassler is the very best dentist I have ever met! He is very gentle & amazing! Doreen his assistant is so very caring & kind. Robin the receptionist is very friendly & nice. One word to describe this practice: AWESOME!!!

One of the best managed buildings in town- great location, rental parking in basement. A solid investment. I have owned in the building, but never lived here. As a condo Realtor, I can tell you that Hop House is like the Toyota of Center City condos- well run, good resale and pool on the roof doesn't hurt either. IF you can find a unit for sale- buy it :-

A great condo in Washington square. It's near stores, a park, and Saturday morning markets. Hopkinson has a parking garage, a barber, and more just inside the building.

there was a fire here years ago.just google hopkinson house fire Philadelphia. it was in the front of the building where the balconies are and the man was starting the fires jumping from balcony to balcony fell to his death. this was in the early 2000s im sure cause damage to the building on the inside
