The Brookwood

I went to eat at a restaurant in this building. I have a person with a handicap "claustrophobia"... It's just as much a handicap as any other. They do not have stairs access. Only elevators. So if you are claustrophobic, you have to take the elevator no matter what...so one handicap is less important than the other. Claustrophobia is real and this building does not have simple access ATO stairs to go one floor up. Unacceptable

The Brookwood is a wonderful place to call home! The building is beautifully designed and decorated. Everything is impeccably maintained. Safety is important to everyone and I have never felt safer having our 24 hour concierge right at the entrance. I am blessed to be here!

I had THE WORST experience with Ayanna in concierge. She claimed to be the manager, she was very unprofessional and treated me very badly. Including calling from her personal telephone to harass me after I called to complain of how I was treated. I work inside of The Brookwood building. I had been waiting on a package for about 3 weeks. Initially, I checked with Ayanna to see if concierge had received it. She said that they had not never once checked. I then contacted the company I ordered from to be sure it had been sent. The company said that package was signed for, again, I never received it. Luckily, the company was gracious enough to send me another order with tracking and receipt of deliver this time. I checked back with concierge for the 3rd time mind you, after I was sure that it had arrived. Once again, without checking I was dismissed with no package, no bother to search for it, and I was talked to like was inconveniencing Ayanna, “the manager over concierge”, by asking questions about the where about of my package. Smh!! Her tone as well as her words were condescending and highly unappreciated. I finally received my package after I showed her that i had proof that it was delivered. UnfortunatelY , I work inside of this building but, I now, can not ever have my business mail delivered here again, which is very sad and very disappointing. I am a black female and I honestly feel that I wouldn’t have been treated this way had I been one of the residents of the building which is predominantly white or more so non black people!! I have looked for someone to talk to about this situation but I can not find anyone to refer to outside of “Ayanna”. I will not stop searching for whoever is above Ayanna to speak to about this situation. I refuse to be treated poorly, for no reason, under any circumstance!!

Great Place. Convenient to everything you can imagine. A plus when you can take the elevator downstairs to get your hair, makeup, eyelashes done. They also have the best nail salon in Atlanta. Jennifer put me in heaven. 5 Stars... So Convenient

Food and services are great!!! In Atlanta go there for brunch! Coffee is good. They offer oat milk. The coffee migs are amazing My coffee never got cold!

Beautiful rooms in guest suites... Great views of downtown Atlanta... Clubhouse rocks... Staff is superb!
