The Buckle

So I bought a great pair of flare jeans from buckle. Weeks later when I finally had a reason to wear them I saw the seam was defective and split. I made a mental note to get it taken care of. I was at the mall yesterday and asked buckle if their tailor would be able to fix it. The associate told me “our tailor only does the bottoms so you’ll have to go pay someone else to fix that” I was shocked with buckles reputation that anyone with a straight face would tell me I need to go pay money to fix a clearly defective product they sold me. I didn’t even want to return them. Just wanted them repaired. Definitely changed my opinion of what I always believed to be a higher end place to shop with great customer service.

Do not try to get a job at this location, they say there hiring for help but even if you have a wonderful resume it doesn't matter. Kole Bridge the GM is a judgemental person and you'll be wasting your time. They Need the help but not willing to Hire me because of missing two references that are not friends or family related he said. This company needs someone better then him, they should replace him right away!!! This is why stores aren't getting done or people having opportunities I feel really bad for the employees here. My lady will no longer shop at this location any longer, Thanks Buckle! Buckle owner: It wasn't missing he's an idiot for not reading my resume!

I went in on Saturday and everyone there was very friendly and helpful, Jasmine especially stuck out, she was very helpful and kind! Love this location will definitely come again!

Super good customer service. Staff was super friendly and helpful with helping me pick out clothes that fit my style. I think his name was Josh but he was super friendly and we were able to have a whole conversation about where my family was from and overall this store / the staff was the best out of the entire mall.

Awesome customer service. This is one store that doesn't force anything on you unless you ask for help and then they are there to help you. The atmosphere at the store is fun and stuff are very friendly. Store has great selection of fun clothes and shoes. I have great time everytime I stop by.

This Buckle experience was exceptional. I haven’t been in Buckle for a few years, but wow, the service was that perfect balance of browsing independently and the staff available to assist as needed. I was helped by Amanda, as my main personal stylist she was extremely knowledgeable about the designers and had a great eye for finding items I was interested in as well as team members Alexis and Amanda same name but a different team member at the store. Everyone that helped me was exactly what you’d hope for; approachable and helpful. Buckle has a great selection of men and women’s clothes and I would highly recommend working with any of the stylists I mentioned. Alexis was able to suggest and find clothes that were extremely flattering for my frame...I mean, how many stores in the mall can you find where the customer is the focus in a warm and genuine way?? I would definitely recommend checking out this Buckle location, especially if you have an idea what you’re looking for, but want some help finding styles in the same family. In summary, I will be back!

I had amazing time shopping at this buckle today. The girls greeted me, asked what I was shopping for and then ran around the store gathering clothes in my size. Anything I didn’t want they said to throw over the door and they quickly took it away and brought me new things. They made my shopping experience wonderfully stress free and saved me time! Bravo! Keep it up!

Visited Buckle for the first time today Saturday with my husband looking for clothes for our honeymoon. The two ladies who helped us, can’t recall their name but both blonde, were so amazingly helpful and accommodating! They had amazing suggestions, always checked on us, and gave great feedback. Seriously the best customer service I have received in Cherry Creek mall! We will definitely return again soon!

I went to shop at Buckle with my husband and kids omg the customer service is amazing. AMANDA amazing lady help me find a perfect jeans for me !!! Love it . Her and co-workers always with smile helping you on what your looking I totally recommend BUCKLE 100% .

I love this store always have. When you can't find jeans to fit you just right this is the pace to go. On site free tailor if you buy the jeans from them, not even nordstrom does that. Carry high quality clothing, don't expect to cheep low cost clothing here. You pay for what you get.
