Was treated very rudely by the Assistant Manager named Gina. Will NOT be going there again for any reason. Horrible shopping experience when the retail store has no idea of what customer service means. Sad to see the irrelevance of some retail stores. They seemed completely unaware of pandemic too. Buyer beware of entering Cherry Creek's J. Jill in Denver, Colorado!

The women who work in this store are angels!! They are SO helpful. They find the right clothes, styles, sizes for me. It is so rare and refreshing to have pleasant people who care if you find what you come in for. I'm happy and grateful!

Love their clothing line and find it very wearable even for older women. Timeless classic and classy styles. Would have rated 5-star except for service which could have been more pleasant and pleasing to a customer. 2-star for customer service.
