Victoria's Secret

I had the pleasure of visiting Victoria’s Secret here at Cherry Creek Mall and was even more pleased to have met Vanessa. We all know that Victoria’s Secrets is great, but Vanessa made this store an amazing place to shop. She was very nice, patient, knowledgeable she knows her stuff and very helpful. She patiently showed me the great selections of intimates they had and thanks to her, I got exactly what I needed, the perfect place shop. I’ll be visiting them again when I need anything in the future, this will be my first stop. Thanks so much to all the ladies there. You all make people feel special.

This store has amazing products including bras, underwear, lingerie, swimwear, and more. They have many fitting rooms that you can use at your leisure and the customer service is amazing. They're always there if you need help. They also offer sizing checks for bras as well. Not to mention the amazing color choice and organization of all of the products in the store. The place is vibrant with many different patterns and colors on the walls and floor, making it really enjoyable to be in the store itself. This is a designer store so, of course, the products will be expensive but very much worth it. The items are very luxurious and are made with quality in mind for the customers.

Went to the pink location a couple days ago looking to get sized…Was not greeted and could not find an employee for 5 minutes. Short girl with glasses finally comes out and gives me attitude about sizing me. Gets me at a 38 C and told me I would have better luck upstairs and walks away?????? Asked if I can speak with a manager hoping for a better experience but was told they didn’t have one….Whatever. In this mall the pink and VS are separated so I went upstairs. Saw two of the employees talking at the front but they immediately greeted myself with a smile and questions. They asked if they could size me and got me at a 36DD and sure enough that was my correct size after trying on. I got a couple matching sets and they even gave me a couple papers to try out the new scent tease sugar. Very engaging with me and the manager on duty was NICE enough to honor my day old coupon. Thank you for setting an example of great customer service. Will never go back to the pink location again….

I received a gift card for Christmas & went shopping. Found some beautiful bra's & some lotion & body spray all 50% off. I normally don't shop @ Victoria Secrets but with the gift card & the sale I found things that I needed & items that I really believe I'll enjoy wearing at wonderful prices!

It was cool until I got home and there a plastic Security tag stuck on my blanket spent all this money no number that I can even call bout to rip a hole into this blanket go steal from them there security times don’t work

Took like 45 minutes to be able to find the price for a bra and ring it up

Used to come to this location just for the service and employees, but after the experience I had today, never again. Waste of a trip when there are much better locations throughout Denver, save your money and shop elsewhere.

Great selection of selection of beautiful and tantalizing bra's and many more naughty things for the bedroom. And the level of customer service is outstanding!! They paid a great deal of attention to my wife's wants and needs!!! She ani I both left this store with giant grins on our faces

Every time I shop here the customer service is above and beyond. I went in for the first time since everything reopened and it’s only gotten better. All of their employees are so nice and helpful. I’m not one to write a review, positive or negative, but I am so impressed every visit.

Super helpful staff. Very friendly. Measured us right off the bat so we didn't have to spend any time in fitting room. The measurements were spot on. And the sales were amazing! We'll be back for sure. Thanks ladies!
