I buy my pants there. I am 6 feet tall. So it's always been hard to find long pants. But they always have something. And they can offer online for you as well. Love the service .

I am never disappointed when I come here. The staff goes above and beyond to help you and they remember my sizes each time I come in. Shea is amazing and so are all the other staff members. They make you feel so welcome and that is why I absolutely love shopping here.

Always very courteous and friendly service. Who ever dresses the mannequins does a great job and inspires sales.

They were very nice but the prices were too high. $40 for a t shirt is a bit much.

I absolutely love this store. They have great customer service. I got a tear in my jeans and they were able to repair them for free! What???! That’s amazing! The staff is always willing to help me find clothes that look great. The styles are so cute! I only buy Buckle jeans because they fit so perfect!

Its a pretty decent shop. No Talls for men... bought a cologne for hubby Father's Day gift pretty sure the associate sold me the wrong bottle from the sampler out on display that we chose. I should have read the lables and compared... but I trusted/expected the associate would know which was which...? What we bought him lol was NOT what we snelled/sampled and selected. Im too old and exhausted to return it... will most likely loss it ‍ too bad... it was not cheap

I have been wearing Levi's all my life and my wife finally dragged me into this place and they took very good care of me. They fit me up with some new blue jeans that were so light and up to date they were amazing. I am not a youngster anymore I'm 69 years old and they took very good care of me.

I was in Buckle last week for the 1st time as a customer. It was a great experience! I may not be an easy customer to deal with but the women who helped me was perfect! Very kind and assisted me along the way in helping me find the right Jean's which isn't easy her customer service was excellent and she was very polite! I was doing some last minute X-mas shopping when we passed by Buckle which my man had previously told me about. Everything from clothing, shoes, and jewelry just screams my style. Whether it’s a casual fit or something more dressy. There’s something here for everyone! The entire staff is so attentive, and are there to accommodate you from the moment you walk in and check out. I was lucky enough to cross paths with Adriana. She was super sweet and helpful. Almost everything I purchased were per her recommendation! I hope they look just as good on me as they did on her We signed up for the rewards program and cannot wait to go back! Thanks Buckle Henderson Team! Keep killing it this holiday season!
