Really unprofessional!The customer service is horrible especially the young man who was at the register almost daily and does not know how to answer a question to the customer politely and does not apologize. He acts like if he is the owners of the store.I hope the main supervisor from this company check their employees and make changes especially because this store is in a very nice place and with many children thank you.
This place is the WORST. They have horrible customer service and are not accommodating in the least. Will only let you exchange for same size, style and same exact color! WHat kind of store does that!? There is no logic behind that either. Just makes it seem they are going out of there to NOT be accommodating.
Unpleasant experience worst customer service they don't care or have any idea what customer service is , employees are very rude, careless and bad Hygiene don't go there!
Selection is limited. Usually a sale going on.
