Good news and bad news. Good news first. This is a clean, fully stocked location with lots of great helpful attendees willing to help you find your best fit and let you know what promotions are running. That said, get yourself fitted. The advantage to being able to come to the store is so that you can find the **holy grail**, A.Bra.That.Fits!! If you're spending $60 a pop, don't guess. I purchased four in one size and they were ALL DIFFERENT. You're there to get the right fit, this store will help you make it count. Bad news. I purchased a box of lovely panties online from, lets call it "Shine", these are the EXACT same panties down to the ingredients, cut and maintenance tags! VS sale, 3pr for $35, Shine, 7pr for $10. Moral of the story, panties are easy to get, go for the bras. Get fitted. Nice store, nice employees. Good location.

Love Victoria's Secret for all the beautiful clothes and perfumes. They have amazingly beautiful clothes.

Ok let's talk about "management" PIA needs to be retrained or get a new job. Yes you can use two coupons 1. Free Panty 2. $10 Birthday Rewards. Somebody doesn't know VS coupons policies when it comes to coupons. Being a manager dosen't give you the right to talk down to people PIA.

Honestly the worst experience I have ever had in a victoria secret, the workers were messing around and wouldnt help me look for a particular item so I left was in there for 20 minutes trying to look for it myself

Shopping for underwear are quite in your face now. The staff is really friendly and patient but the new "covid" customer service just doesn't let you shop in peace. It's their new corporate sales policies, I don't love it. The 4 stars is for their friendly staff but I think I'll prob stick to online browsing from now on.

One poor customer service. I was turned away because ' We close at 7 and it's 10 minutes before '. I had a return even though I a returned, I called about. Then a lady claiming to make a return as well, was let into the store. Literally seconds after be turning away. LIKE REALLY! This is completely disrespectful and they have poor customer service. Also, I have called to this store prior asking about the return and exchange policy. They are extremely rude. I understand that you guys are busy due to being one of the only malls being open but reallly, this is how you treat customers

Ernesto was very helpful, immediately helped me find my size and desired style. I was in and out of there within 15 minutes and he even found me a bra that was discounted! I was very thankful, considering the price I pay for my size.... So, thank you Ernesto! This store location is awesome!!

Love their stuff but be careful with measurements. I made the mistake of trusting them and had to go back to exchange all the bras that were purchased. Staff is very friendly.
