I am a transgender female and have been shopping there for several years and they have a great selection of clothing especially lingerie. I highly recommend them to anyone.
I go for the braziers. Great quality as are the clothes; worth every penny. Coupons are provided periodically and sales are often. Try it!
Staff was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Especially, Melissa who went above and beyond to locate and hold a desired item.
I don't really blame the store but I don't like how after a size ddd the bra's are just plain an no padding or lace or sexy. I wear a size I an they only found one bra in size I but have so many sizes ddd an lower. An I feel like they need a big section of bra's an underwear. Love the bra I got though just wish it had padding an wasn't just plain black. But almost the only store that carries my size so will be back just wish had different bra's
Sadly I was disappointed. I hadn't been in a while but was only able to find elastic waist bands and flowers prints. Where are the structured, professional separates you used to carry? I can't wear your current line to work. I did find a bra...pretty design and reasonable price.
I had a really great experience at this store not only because I found some items I really liked but the customer service was outstanding! The staff was helpful, friendly and informative. But I have to say, Victorya had exceptional customer service and went over and beyond to ensure that I left a satisfied customer. Because of this I will definitely go back.
I'm giving one star but if could zero mainly due to customer service because I was in there for a total of 10mins no one bothered to acknowledge me or my sister with us being the only customers in the store with 5 staff in the back staring at us not the biggest selection of clothing but a wide selection of bras I would suggest going to the Redlands store because they have a variety of clothes and helpful customer service
The ladies are so nice and accommodating. I love Cacique's under garments. I order online and have it delivered to the store. With doing that, I get an extra 50% off when shopping in the store. Can't beat that!
I'm only giving this story 1 star bc the customer service was TRASH. The store was clean and there was a good variety of clothes but I'll never go back bc there 4 employees and none of them greeted me, offered assistance or even engaged with me at checkout. Boooooo
If I can give zero Stars I would, I stood in line for over 20 minutes and there was only one customer in front of me, the customer kept changing her mind about what she wanted and the clerk never asked her to step out of line to attend the rest she allowed her to keep changing her mind and kept her at the register while chit chatting with her. Once it was finally my turn she was so rude and uncharismatic. She stared at me and waited for me to tell her how she could help me. Awful awful awful. I recommend you goto redlands location never this one.
