The Cooper firm represented me after I was rear-ended while stopped in traffic on the highway. After the at-fault driver’s insurance company denied coverage and blamed me for the wreck, I contacted the Cooper firm and Drew Ashby handled my case. The outcome could not have been better. We filed a lawsuit and I received a great recovery, plus the court found that the insurance company acted in bad-faith. The court made the insurance company pay a bad-faith penalty plus all of my attorney’s fees. In addition to all of this, he was very informative and helpful throughout the entire process. He never hesitated to answer my questions or put my concerns at ease. I would absolutely recommend The Cooper Firm to anyone seeking an attorney.

I used The Cooper Firm recently when I had an insulation company tear apart a water line in my crawl space, flooding my house and then put a lien on my home. The Cooper Firm was fantastic. Although my case was most likely the smallest that they have dealt with in years, I would have never known it. Everyone at The Cooper Firm was extremely accessible and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The Cooper Firm went after the insulation company and their insurance company as if they were protecting one of their own children.
