The Courtyards Guest House

Great historic guesthouse. 3 story building. 3rd story with beautiful views of the neighborhood. 1 and 2 bedroom available. Kitchen/kitchenette in each unit. Ample towels provided. Unit is an old building but has that special feel only in a historic unit. 2 bedroom on 3rd floor has one bathroom with tub/shower. The 2 bedroom also has a dehumidifier to keep mildew away. R Bar is across the street.

Beautiful suite that fit our group of 6. Extremely walkable to all of the fun music venues but quiet at night! The staff was incredibly friendly as well

Provides anything you could need. Suggest bringing food from a store if you're staying for more than 3 days. You can eat in. Great location! When I visit the area again I WILL be staying here again!Rooms: 5/5

Management was very friendly. There are some poorly done repairs i could nitpic but the location and room were good. However there was no warning of limited hot water. Thus i took a half cold shower in winter after a long day of travel. Not my favorite experience. Sadly upon calling maintenance they informed me they no longer had a contract to service this location so there was absolutely nothing o could do in an emergency repair situation.

Staying at the Courtyards was a wonderful experience! The owner was able to accommodate us last minute and was very friendly! Our place was gorgeous with beautiful furnishings, high ceilings and a great view of the street below. I was really impressed with the location and have absolutely no regrets about staying here. Would book again through airbnb!

Stayed for a long weekend with friends. Great location one block over from the French quarter. The property is well maintained and the courtyard area is gorgeous. I will be coming back.

Beautiful period units well maintained and very comfortable. Don't want to write a review for fear the little gem will be found out! Walking distance to French Quarter and Marginy districts with many good restaurants nearby...

A block away from Frenchmen st, grand, clean apartment, so gorgeous & refined with all the amenities you could possibly think of. The beds are sooo comfortable with memory foam mattresses & a very awesome bakery 6 blocks away. This is a hidden gem, don't hesitate to book a night there on your next trip to New Orleans!!

21 steps. Quiet, tree views, good A/C, firm bed. Radio, tv, no DVD. Secure. Close to French Quarter but not too close.

Close enough to the French Quarter to make for easy walking. Only a couple blocks from Frenchman St. where you will hear great Jazz playing at all hours of the day and night, but just far enough away from all of it to be able to sleep at night. Just try to get an upstairs unit if you can.
