The Crag Nashville

Love this gym. It is the cleanest, prettiest, most welcoming climbing gym in Nashville. The walls, though not high, are perfect. The wood makes the friction like that of real rock. The bouldering areas are amazing. They are all taller, but with plenty of soft padding. Slabs or overhangs, jugs or crimps, they have you covered. The staff are also the kindest and most welcoming in town. I take new climbers and seasoned vets here often when I want to show them what the local scene is about.

The staff is very welcoming, patient, and upbeat. Routes are great, challenges for all levels. Fellow climbers have been very friendly and helpful as well as I start to learn to climb. This gym has a great atmosphere.

The crag is a hidden gem(gym) at the intersection of old hickory and nolensville road in south nashville. The workers are helpful, and youre free to climb by yourself or with others. They do have auto belay if you want to plug in some headphones and climb on. I will be back.

Nice new rock climbing gym. They change there walls pretty frequently.
