I am not usually one to write reviews of little ma and pa restaurants; however, my experience was so wonderful on multiple occasions that I needed to finally speak my mind (my wife never lets me). First, I dealt with two awesome medium length haired boys who sat in the back probably working while I waited at the counter for 20 minutes. When I asked if I could get some help, one was extremely nice and treated me like I was a hard working individual. This was the same boy who helped me on previous occasions. He was very not harsh while taking my order and I asked if I could speak to a manager. He then let me know that his name was Noah and he was the general manager and he was the one I wanted to speak to. I then waited for my order. I watched him tie his/her hair back and then used his hands to make my crepe. Other employees don't always do this, but he definitely used his hands.Next thing I know it's in my mouth and I'm out. I would recommend that anyone who would like to have a halfway decent experience at a restaurant come here instead of pancakes. The staff I encountered was absolutely gorgeous and do deserve their jobs in the customer service industry (maybe not all of them). This general manager has much professionalism and actually knows how to treat people and handle food correctly. Though I'm sure Noah is probably not the general manager. But maybe he should be?

I am not usually one to write reviews of little ma and pa restaurants; however, my experience was so great on multiple occasions that I needed to speak my mind. First, I dealt with two awesome long haired boys who sat in the back probably working really hard while I waited at the counter for 10 minutes. When I asked if I could get some help, one was extremely nice and treated me like I was a hard working individual. This was the same boy who helped me on previous occasions. He was very not harsh while taking my order and I asked if I could speak to a manager. He then let me know that his name was Alex (same as my name) and he was the general manager and he was the one I wanted to speak to. I then waited for my order. I watched him tie his really pretty hair back (like violet from series of unfortunate events) and then used his hands to make my crepe. I threw it in my mouth and walked out of the restaurant. I would recommend that anyone who would like to have a halfway decent experience at a restaurant come here instead of waffles. The staff I encountered was absolutely awesome and do deserve their jobs in the customer service industry. This general manager has much professionalism and actually knows how to treat people and handle food correctly.

I've written a review about a ma and pa restaurant exactly three times. This was the second time. I quickly reviewed the pancake place right after this one. Upon entering the store a girl named Chelsey said hello to me. I told her my name was brad, but for the rest of time I was in the restaurant she called me Chet; she called me Chet 15 times total. The food was really good tho.

Reviewing ma and pa shops are one of my most favorite pastimes, so sit down and get relaxed for this one cause The Crepery is a whoozy when it comes to ma and pa shops. The environment? Inviting and nostalgic. The food? Absolutely delicious and palate-cleansing. The employees?????? So respectful, hardworking, and dare i say it, cute. One named Mica really stood out to me. He hit the whip and nae nae while he was making my crepe which really made me excited to eat it. I then told him he should be the manager and he actually was promoted on the spot. I will promptly return again

I am not usually one to write reviews of little ma and pa restaurants but my experience was so terrible on multiple occasions that I needed to speak my mind. First, I dealt with two nasty long haired boys who sat in the back on their phones while I waited at the counter for 10 minutes. When I asked if I could get some help, one was extremely rude and treated me like I was an inconvience to his phone time. This was the same boy who helped me on previous occasions. He was very harsh while taking my order and I asked if I could speak to a manager. He let me know that his name was Alex and he was the general manager and he was the only one I could speak to. I let it go and patiently waited for my order. I watched him push his hair out of his face and then use that same hand to prepare my food. I threw it in the garbage and walked right out of there because i was so disgusted with the staff and the service I received. I would recommend that anyone who would like to have a halfway decent experience at a restaurant, go next door and get waffles instead of crepes. The staff I encountered was absolutely horrible and do not deserve jobs in the customer service industry. A general manager should have much more professionalism and should actually know how to treat people and handle food correctly.
