Updated: The venue itself was a cool spot. Good aesthetics, warm vibe and large venue size. This particular night they could have used more staff maybe as after first drinks we either had to hunt down a server, but more often had to go get drinks ourselves. Other than that the venue is a good spot to check out events. Remaining portion of review is of the event on the night: If you have plenty of money to burn on either paying for a song to be heard or buying enough drinks that you don't care about the prev fact, or that you also paid a cover to get in; then not bad. Kinda like if you paid a comedy show cover then had to pay for each joke. Or if you got through 60% of the joke someone could out pay you to stop the joke and go to another. That said the talent of playing and singing is solid. They do an alright job of entertaining while trying to get you to pay more money. They know a ton of songs and if you stay about 2 hrs or so you start to hear more songs almost fully through.
Line opened late; it happens. Got a nice seat with good view of stage. NICE! It looks like the stage is viewable anywhere and there are large screen tvs showing event as well. The atmosphere is Rock and Roll with a guitar chandelier. I ordered a burger with fries which was very tasty. a little expensive, but similar to the late great BB Kings in Time Square.. I will definitely go to more shows at this venue
Great chicken wings and fries. Although they didn’t serve with ketchup had to fetch a bottle at the bar and salt. Because they are a bit understaffed to serve tables it’s a hassle to call a server whenever you need one. It’s pretty much luck and then you should try and order for as much as you will need in the next hour… The show was good. They are funny and interact plenty. My suggestion to better the show would be to have the players concentrate more on playing at a high level, and interact more with each other.. It’s called dueling pianos and I left under the impression that I saw two piano players taking turns to cater to the audience’s wishes, and not dueling each other at any time.
My wife and I went here fir the dueling pianos and the venue is great. The waitress was nice and the drinks were good and well priced. The only thing that was confusing was the way they tip at the end. They want to tip 18% but don't tell you up front.
The Cutting Room's food, the ambiance, and The Soft Parade: a Tribute to The Doors were all OUT OF THIS WORLD / EXCELLENT‼ . . .
I saw the Talented Nili Brosh Sunday 8/14. I loved the intimate venue. My only criticism is that I think there should have been a better transition by the cutting room after the previous show, people were still milling around and the tables had to be cleaned and set for the next show.
Not my first time here. Good venue for a small event. Personal and loved the fact they were following safety protocols. Food was ok, drinks were really good. Great ambiance for a performance. Absolutely love the guitar chandelier
Fantastic! Beautiful & comfortable for having drinks or food esp while watching cool bands. Great bar w huge projector for viewing live cool bands. Not noisy for its own sake. Super well run in great neighborhood* Wonderful art, inc Beatles & the massive 'guitar chandelier' will make your visit here xtra special*** 100% venue!!
Went for dueling pianos. Was a fantastic show! Venu was great. Very loud-bring ear plugs if you're sensitive or don't like ears ringing afterward. Don't worry, you'll hear the show just fine with them :
Nice concert hall, but the sound is not really good for song performing
