Bought a bike from them in April. Aaron stayed after closing time while I worked out getting insurance. Took it in for a small modification, which they took care of and barely charged me enough to cover the cost of the parts. Super friendly staff and the bike's been trouble-free. Highly recommend.

Aaron is unethical. Goes against word and can’t be trusted. To be specific: I have a 4 x 8 plasma table with a hypertherm 85 ready to use. I have been looking for an air compressor for a while that would be able to to keep up with the hypertherm. There was an air compressor at this location that was being sold on the marketplace. I had contacted the owner to purchase the item on a Saturday and started communicating best time frames to pick the unit up. I had mentioned Tuesday would be the best option as I needed to communicate with employees what we are doing and empty some Machinery off of the back of a truck. Communication was still normal and it was specified I would pick up the item before 12 on Tuesday before he would leave. It was discussed that I would contact him on our way there so we could get the directions and he agreed. We prepared the box truck, supplies and started driving to this location. I messaged him and he mentioned he sold the item a couple hours ago to someone else. I’ve never cussed more in my life. With Time, preparation, and employees my loss is approximately $650.00 I cussed and cussed and he mentioned he felt the same about me and the other 49 other people he duped into thinking they had the compressor. What a piece of work. We all could have been potential customers. No respect Terrible just terrible…. I have moved this size compressor before and there is some prep time getting ready so we can easily move the item out and into a box truck.

I've been looking for a good starter bike online for the past couple of weeks and saw a pretty much new one on The Cycle Co which was very reasonably priced compared to everything else currently out there which were much older, over-modded, with more miles, and much higher price tags. I Inquired about the bike over text and Aaron got back with me within 30 mins and answered some initial questions I had. I dropped by the same day and checked out the bike and then put a deposit down so I can get insurance squared away and came back the next day and finished up the transaction and off I went. Total time spent checking out the bike and going through the transaction cash was less than an hour. Easy, quick, professional, painless, done. Would definitely buy from again!

Recently bought a cbr600rr from Cycle co. Making the purchase was completely hassle free. The owner of the store was kind enough to help me load the bike onto my trailer. Bike is running like a top. Would highly reccomend anyone searching for a new bike to check out this shop!

If you are looking for a used motorcycle, come to this place. You will not regret it. The customer service is great. I've dealt with the owner and his wife numerous times and have no complaints thus far. There may be a wait for assistance, but don't let that hinder your decision to shop. All the bikes appear to be in great shape, have low miles and reasonable prices.

I have taken my bike to other Big shops and was sick of paying so much. These guys took care of my bike and cost me LITERALLY HALF what bigger shops charged. Also I have purchased a used bike here. Their prices are almost as good as private sellers and they have a 30 day warranty and the paper work is taken care of. Excellent shop.

Had my previous bike serviced here, and purched my current bike with them. While putting on tires during the sale process, Andy noticed a problem with the brake line and took care of it before letting me take the bike. Wonderful service! Thanks guys.
