Hillcrest dog spot is amazing! We took all 3 of our large breed dogs for their first visit yesterday and they look and smell fantastic! Victoria is great at communication, she is so patient and understanding with every pooch, and she is also detailed. Not to mention her place was spotless. We were so satisfied that we’ve set up recurring appointments through next year. I would highly recommend this experience to any dog owner.

Our 8.5 year old high energy dog and 6.5 year old low energy dog had a great boarding experience! Came back to us happy and so clean added a bath to their stay. Will update after today when the pups get back from their first daycare day! Victoria has been very quick to respond and informative of whatever information we may need to feel comfortable leaving our dogs here. Requesting boarding, daycare, and other services have been very simple and easy, and we've received confirmation of requested services in a timely manner. 5/5 Would recommend! Daycare Update: Both dogs have been semi-regulars, going about once a week and love it!

I have been taking my dog to Hillcrest Dog Spot since she was a puppy! Victoria has always been great. She treats each dog like she would her own and takes amazing care of them! Great boarding experiences as well as daycare. Couldn't recommend this place more!

The staff is very communicative, friendly, and accommodating. They are willing to work with your dogs' particular needs when necessary. This was our first time boarding our dogs for an extended stay and they came back happy, clean, and tired. Would definitely recommend!

Henry Dog can't wait to get here. It is a great place. Victoria is wonderful. She really cares about the dogs. Feel very secure in leaving Henry Dog for the day. Only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is I sneezed and my hand slipped. It deserves 5+ stars.

This was our first time using hillcrest dog spot and the dog boarding service. I will start by saying I appreciate the communication about our dog getting hurt. They called and told us his tail was bleeding and sent a video of it. There are wooden fences when you walk in and when we dropped him off they opened the gate to let him in and we saw several dogs loose. The dogs were not separated at that time, even though when we called to talk about this incident that occurred we were told our dog never came in contact with other dogs even after we told them that we saw our dog with other dogs while being dropped off. We feel because we were told this but saw with our own eyes that there is some dishonesty regarding the situation that occurred. We were also told that our dog bit his own tail because he was anxious. Our dog is over seven years old, we know our dog and we have never seen him bite his own tail so hard to make it bleed as much as it was. If our dog was so anxious that he did that I would hate to see what made him that way. When we loaded our dog in the car we had blood all over our legs and pants because he was bleeding so bad and our house had blood splatters all over it when we got home. Again, we appreciate the communication but they continued to argue about the dogs in open places when we saw it with our own eyes. We have never seen our dog shake and be so scared as he was when we picked him up. We will not be boarding our dog here again. Response to below: we were worried about our dog and that’s why we picked him up early and did not allow him to stay until Monday. It was also told to us that he didn’t need to go to the vet and that he was fine have no idea why you are saying you offered that. Also, the video that was sent to my husband mainly shows him bleeding and trying to lick his wound. We do not wish to discuss anything further.

My wife and I love this place. It is always a wonderful experience for our dog which is great for us. The owner is always so amazing at keeping communication open with us on how our dog is doing and is more than accommodating. We would highly recommend using Hillcrest Dog Spot!!

We boarded our newest adoptee and our older diabetic dog. They were both in great shape when we picked them up. The owner seems to really love what she does. I will be boarding here again.

Hillcrest Dog Spot is our go to doggo drop off for boarding, bathing, and daycare. My dogs love the interaction with the other pups and love to visit!

We love this place. Reasonably priced and our dog always looks good. They text you when your dog is ready for pick up. Like that touch.
