We were recommended to try this store out from a friend and we're so thankful we did. We worked with Tobin, who could not have been any friendlier and helpful than he was. What a pleasure of an experience. I'll be recommending this store & Tobin to anyone that ever needs trim or doors on their homes in the future!! Great job!!!
Their customer service is terrible VERY RUDE.... Right from the beginning, So I took my business elsewhere. They don't even deserve a one-star rating, customer service is very important they acted like I was an inconvenience to them.
Worst experience that old man was just sitting on his chair didn’t even greet me . As new customer to these supply stores he was giving me attitude expected me to know what I wanted . Please post on your website that you don’t do orders after 4pm . And that you have no guys loading after 4pm .
Good product quality. I have used their baseboard, casing and interior doors on most of my jobs and with no call backs. I also used them on my own home remodel and love the outcome. Recommend this business
