Prices are high for a waffle cone and it changes depending on who's working but I do love the chocolate ice cream and I go on a rant for them until they close up for the year. That's another good thing about this place. They stay open waaaay longer in the colder months than any place else. Like end of October. And it the only snowball stand that I even go too . Every place else sucks so I'd rather Pay crazy money for a place that has awesome soft serve chocolate .
Horrible experience. Served my gf a 6 dollar ice cream and all she got was the top of the lid filled up and flipped upside down. I don't know if they didn't hear me but I asked for medium and got this container instead. Tasted like a McDonald's ice cream anyway. Save your money and get one at McDonald's. They'll give you a bigger portion too. Also this place is cash only. Never going back. A shame too b.c I'm so close to it
Love the place and the ice cream from there . Best place to get snow ball , ice cream and others in the area . Highly recommended.. try halo-halo
Lots of great options including shaved ice and soft serve. We came to try the halo halo, which was a bit pricey but fun. Nice seating area with some shade on a hot day.
We had a very disappointing visit tonight! First and foremost the young lady who helped us had the absolute worse personality—if you don’t like dealing with people you probably shouldn’t have a job in customer service. We’ve visited the stand twice now in the last few days, I’ve spent about $60 total. The first visit was wonderful. Then, it began to rain and we took our 7 young children under the tent where there was a table thinking we could let them enjoy the snowball they’ve waited all day for while staying dry only to be told we couldn’t sit there because of “liability “ if that’s the case then why didn’t you have the chains up to begin with? And liability…there’s a gentleman with a can of beer drinking around young children and the same young lady who told us we couldn’t stand under the tent joked about the beer calling it “purified water” but there’s a sign hung that states “no alcohol” It’s a shame to see a stand I grew up walking to after school & couldn’t wait for my girls to try become a place I won’t take my business to ever again!
This place looks cute but there’s no outdoor seating. I’ve been by here several times in the past month and their ice cream is always down or they just simply aren’t serving it. Not to mention the cost of a milkshake is ridiculous for their 6$ Small shake price you can get two small shakes at McDonalds. I’m disappointed as I just moved in town but they are never serving Ice cream.
Heads up, cash only! Good variety of snow ball flavors. Free parking right in front of the joint.
First time going here! Just moved back to MD after not living here for 11 years and had been DYING for an egg custard snowball. There was so many yummy options on the menu that I almost ordered something different! I ordered a blizzard egg custard with marshmallow. There was vanilla custard on top, it was loaded with marshmallow in the middle, and they drowned it with syrup! It was so delicious! Definitely my go to place for snowballs and will be trying a few other things here. The staff is extremely friendly and as soon as I had placed an order, it was ready within a minute of my order. I HIGHLY recommend! Just make sure you take cash, as it is cash only!
Delicious. Delicious. Delicious. And affordable. And did I say delicious?! Very nice and helpful employees as well. : * I highly recommend the blizzard which is snow cone layered with ice cream. Amazing!
Nice friendly service but, they are very stingy with your marshmallow for your snowballs. Flavor was good. Cindy's by Green Valley is so much better. Sorry.
