So absolutely blessed to have called The Eugene my home for almost 3 years now. From the best front desk staff, to the most helpful office, to the most efficient and time-prioritized service people who keep the building together--everyone goes above and beyond to truly make this place a home vs a place to live. I also challenge anyone to find more closet space in NYC!

I’ve been a resident now - almost close to a year, and the Eugene is truly a unique place to live in the city. The management team / staff are some of the friendliest and warmest people I have come across. Jamie, Bes, and everyone in the building creats the most welcoming environment - helping with any issue and always treating everyone with kindness. The building feels like a big family and all the residents are extremely friendly.

I've been living in Eugene for over 1,5 years now and have been LOVING IT! The apartment is perfect, the Public spaces are beautiful, rooftop views - out of this world Whole Foods, BlueStone lane, Starbucks, plenty of restaurants just downstairs. Location is PERFECT. Management very accommodating and will do their best to assist you with your requests. I wanted to extend a special THANK YOU to the real gem of the personnel here - ASTRID. I came to her with a very personal request and she was so caring, genuine and showed so much empathy for my situation - thank you, dear Astrid. Antje, general manager of Eugene, is also very personable and lovely. I have been a resident at the Eugene for over a year now and I cannot express how much I love it here. The staff at the front desk is phenomenal. They are helpful, kind and always welcome me home with a smile! The Eugene is in the heart of Manhattan West and it has the best of the best amenities.The Eugene has it all!

The building is pretty. I love my apartment and the area surrounding the building is starting to come together and look nicer. The doormen are awesome to talk to and just great in general, including Jamie, Roberto, Besnik, Stefan, Danny, Edwin, etc. The elevators are terrible and management needs to figure that part out. Other than that, wonderful experience.

Ian, Andrew, Roberto, jimmy, Phaidra, Simone, Danny, Bes, and Julio I hope I didn’t forget anyone are all outstanding concierge and doorman in this building! The management team rocks, and I always received a quick response from them. It has been a pleasure staying here! Top notch!

I have been living at The Eugene for a few months now, and I can only say that my life in the city is better because of where I live! Let’s start with the doormen- from their morning greeting by name, to their warm belly rubs for my dog Samosa, they are by far the greatest team of kindness I have ever met! All the doormen are amazing, but a special shout-out yo my dogs favorite belly scratchers, Jamie and Bez! Next, the gym staff- these are by far the most welcoming and friendly people ever! Whether it’s on the way to a work out or to walk by dog, they are always so friendly and helpful! My dog is a fan of all of them, especially Val and Bri! The maintenance team here are exceptional too! They are easily accessible and also very helpful! Overall, my experience at The Eugene, surpassed my expectations! Would highly recommend to anyone, especially someone moving to the city for the first time and needs a little extra friendliness and assistance!

All I can say is the front desk staff is so amazing for me personally they’ve been great. I’ve Lived here 5 years Edwin, Stephan & Justine they’ve always made me feel welcome. They help with my packages, get the elevator for me, & greet me and my family all the time.

Just wanted to thank my man, the awesome and super cool Andrew, from the evening front desk team, who looked everywhere to get my brand new phone, though it was not yet logged in the packages system. With a smile and warm personality and some patience, he went and looked everywhere to satisfy my itch to activate my new toy! Thanks buddy! You rock brother!

Overall had a great living experience. Great location. The amenities and decor for this place were amazing and well-equipped. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. & Shout out to Roberto for going the extra mile to help me out.
