I needed a change. My health and body were going the wrong way. Intimidated by bigger health clubs and the hassles of parking, checking in, finding an open locker and trying to find someone to help me get on the right track with a workout that works for ME and MY NEEDS frustrating. I found what I needed with the Exercise Coach. I went in for my 2 free sessions and found the experience from the easy and close parking to the high tech personalized programming on the equipment, and the friendly professional coaching to be the perfect fit! DID I MENTION THAT THE COMPLETE WORKOUTS ARE JUST 20 MINUTES LONG AND ONLY 2X PER WEEK??!!! Yep! Very hard to believe, but the science and my healthier body prove it! I signed up around New Year's 2018 and have been getting stronger ever since. And to kick my lethargic metabolism into even higher gear I joined their 30 day Metabolic Challenge! It was only 50 bucks and includes the Nutrition Playbook which, in itself, is a book EVERYONE should read! I not only shocked myself that I took up this challenge...I shocked myself even more when I stayed true to it all month...AND even more shocked when I WON the challenge! My body stats had improved overall and I had lost 13 pounds! Yes, the Exercise Coach helped me start 2018 out with the beginning of better health for me with a very doable, efficient program and all the wonderful, friendly, professional support I need.. to help me do what MY body needs.

The Exercise Coach has become a beneficial part of keeping my sciatica under control. Twice a week, I visit my chiropractor for an adjustment, and then head over to the Exercise Coach to strengthen the muscles that support those adjustments. I like the Exercise Coach for a variety of additional reasons; it’s a clean, inviting environment that’s easy to get to; the staff is friendly, supportive, and gives personal focus; and the workout requires only 20 minutes.

Engaged, professional and enthusiastic coaches. Love the smart machines that remember who I am and what my parameters are for an efficient workout.

The Exercise Coach is the real deal. I left every session shaky and sweating after a 20 minute circuit of 8 -10 different exercises. This isn't your typical gym scene. The workout is intense but it’s also accessible to anyone. You’re only working against what you can do. It’s customized to you. You only compete with your own baseline. You get stronger on your own terms.
