Higher Power Training

I have dedicated the last 10 months to training at Higher Power, the place is filled with hard working individuals. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and pushes you to improve everyday. They have very flexible plans to meet your goals, budget, and schedule. Options include standard membership, personal training, group classes, partner training, nutrition programs and program designs. Very happy with my improvements and this phenomenal gym.

Friendly staff, best equipment, and kick-butt training sessions. Seriously, it takes these guys to push you in a way you to start seeing result differences vs. being on your own. By the way, guy named Dallas is my trainer and I highly recommend him.

I play hockey, and have had a great experience here at HPT the last 5 years. They've helped me excel at the rink, and my health in general. Also, the staff is beyond friendly, and pushes people to be better everyday. Best place to reach your goals. Each trainer is engaged in helping every individual to their specific needs.

My experience at Higher Power Training has been positive and successful because of the committed, supportive trainers. Over the years, I've worked with several trainers for strength and conditioning training as well as nutrition programs and have seen exceptional results due to the individualized plans developed for me, to meet my needs, for my body.

I've been training with Cori for 3 1/2 years. I was never an athlete growing up, so there was a lot for me to learn when I started strength training. Cori was very encouraging as I worked to learn new techniques and pushed my body in ways I didn't know were possible. As I progress, she continues to teach me more challenging things that are helping me build and maintain strength one week at a time. Cori's personality keeps the workouts fun - she will make you laugh at the drop of a hat! She gets to know her clients so well that she knows if it's a day to really challenge you or if it's a day to just be proud that you made it to the gym and are taking time to take are of yourself. In short, I love training with Cori!! She's helped me learn how to do new things, see the results of my efforts and maintain a healthy lifestyle while having fun along the way!
