My experience with Powersource Personal Training changed my life and health for the better. I had reached a point in my life that I didn't feel strong and my body was changing as I aged. One of my clients had changed her body shape dramatically , I was so impressed with her success because she had a lot of health issues. I signed up for personal lessons with Judy , thinking I will give it a try. Judy was kind, professional, and worked with me to regain my shape and confidence. I would highly recommend Powersource!

Judy at PowerSource Personal Training is just the best. I looked for help from lots of trainers over the years and NOBODY trains with the level of insight, clarity, focus and understanding that she does. She's helped me rehab my shoulder and knee, in addition to helping me improve my strength and conditioning more noticeably and efficiently than all my other attempts. She's got a gift! It's so great to feel strong again!

I started to look for a personal trainer after my daughter was engaged in 2012. I was drawn to Judy Beyers because she was 'older' and I knew that she would have insights, experiences and strategies for someone like me who was looking for greater strength, greater range of motion, more balance and a 'less fleshly' more toned body. I was not disappointed. I continue to train with Judy. I am stronger. I am more toned and in fact look pretty darn good for a 'women my age.' I am 64. Judy's style is supportive yet she is honest and will hold you accountable. She's easy to be around and although she will challenge you - she will never judge you or demean you or your efforts. 'Getting in shape' takes time and requires commitment. If you commit to Judy...she will commit to you and your goals. Working with Judy will not give you a quick fix...but it will lead you in the right direction - the direction of a stronger and healthier and more confident you.

Judy at PowerSource is the Best! With her help - I changed my body! She gives clear and direct instructions, and helps you along the way. She will customize your work out at the drop of a hat if something doesn't feel right - and is consistently working with you to make sure you are completing exercises in a safe but OH SO EFFECTIVE way! I can't say enough positive things about my experience with her! THANK YOU JUDY!
