I recommend Pro Fitness Training to anyone no matter your fitness goals! There is a wide variety of training styles from fast paced cardio classes to one on one personal training. The facility is state of the art, clean, and easy to maneuver around for a newcomer. The atmosphere right when you walk in the door makes you feel welcomed and like you're apart of the family! The staff here are experienced, knowledgeable, and constantly monitoring everyone closely. By doing this they are always adjusting the training scheduled based of the overall needs of everyone! I would highly recommend Pro Fitness Training to anyone who enjoys fitness, someone who is trying to reach an individual goal, or just anyone interested in something new!

I've been working out with Kurt for a few months now, and it's amazing how much stronger I already am. I can do real push ups now! I was a little nervous before my first class, but the atmosphere is very welcoming. I left exhausted but smiling, and kept coming back for more! The workouts change every day, so I'm never bored. Kurt is warm and genuine and he clearly knows what he's doing. For a group class setting, I'm always impressed how much individual attention we each get. He always seems to know who's dealing with an injury or who could maybe try a bigger weight. Regardless of our individual fitness levels, we all walk out of there red-faced and sweaty. I'm so glad that I gave this place a try!

Kurt is such a genuine and knowledgeable coach. He is consistently present in the gym and you can tell he truly cares about the people who walk through his doors. The workouts are unique and the atmosphere is a fun one!

Kurt is by far the best trainer around. No matter what your skill level is, and your overall capabilities, Kurt will compile the best plan. Most importantly he pays close attention to trouble areas and knows exactly how to work through issues. I could never push myself as hard as I have with Kurt's guidance, he's a great motivator and wonderful to work with.

I’ve been going to profitness training for over 4 years. Any fitness level can do these workouts. Fast, efficient and the best full body workout you will get. Kurt is the best trainer you will find. He makes you feel comfortable and can modify any exercise for your needs. I highly recommend profitness training. It’s truly changed my life.
