I started coming to Four Gates for acupuncture with Colleen, which has been such a wonderful and supportive experience for helping me manage the stress of a busy lifestyle. Out of curiosity I tried a Qoya class and it was a perfect blend of community, yoga, dance and movement that just FEELS GOOD in the body. I highly recommend both acupuncture with Colleen or the Qoya classes - 2 of my favorite self-care activities.

Awesome, hands-on instructors who learn your name the first time. Specialized classes and attention. Challenge yourself, feel empowered and supported. Good music! Friendly people.

We have tried other yoga places, but Four Gates is so much better for us.  Christian mixes Chinese philosophy into the sessions.  I learn something every time I go.  Love. This. Place.
