My experience has been extremely positive. I am already stronger and very pleased with the quality of the people who worked with me and served me. I feel known and recognized which amazes me. The personal attention and encouragement as well as my own sense of well being keeps me faithful to myself and my goals. The knowledge and professionalism of the staff is outstanding. I am so glad I have begun this program.

I have been a client of Discover Strength for 9 months - it has been transformative to my fitness and overall wellness - the power of having such an impactful and consistent approach to my strength training has been life changing. The staff is incredible - no matter who I have at each session I know I will be pushed to my maximum with a consistent approach. It is all around a 5 Star experience. They are a great case study to a customer obsessed business approach.

There is nowhere else in the world that you’ll get a workout like this. I’m not kidding. Trainers are absolutely top notch. One of the most efficient workouts you’ll experience. You will see results. Training here cut nearly 30 minutes off my marathon time. The only bad thing? I don’t live in MN anymore and don’t get to experience the DS workout. Go here now!

10 plus years of training with Discover Strength and going! The staff are top notch, extremely qualified in the science behind strength training, warm and caring individuals that work with you to develop the best plan for each client. In and out in approximately 30 mins. leaves me wiped, happy and ready to take on the day.
