Now, I look forward to working out everyday! This is one of the best decisions I've made. Not only do all the trainers know you by name, but they CARE and make it fun and encourage you daily. I would recommend this to anyone at any ability.

If you want results, you have to try Minneapolis Fit Body Boot Camp! I signed up for a 12 week challenge at the beginning of the year and have already lost 40 pounds and 10% body fat! The workouts are fun and are only 30 minutes, so you can hardly say you have no time for them. All the trainers and staff are incredible, and they really motivate you to push yourself a little harder than you would on your own. I'm hooked! You have to come check it out.

I'm a member with Anytime Fitness and the Calhoun Beach Club. I use to think going to a gym or workout facility was about the equipment and amenities. Now I know better. It's about the people and staff. I can't express in words how great and caring the staff is at Fit Body Boot camp.

Really Impressed with this program. Much different then your go to gym and the staff is professional and also personable. Win-win in my book.
Pros: Music selection is great.
Sessions are usually less then 15 people.
A small staff that knows you.
Help with nutrition.
Sessions are really fast and you actually see results quickly. I was down 2.3% body in 3 weeks.
Cons: Parking. All parking is street parking. If you come for the 8:30am give yourself time for parking.
Wish I had enough in my budget to continue after my trial. This is one of the most expensive bootcamp in the twin cities but it honestly is worth it. I will be back in the future.

One of the first things Jon, the co-owner, said upon meeting me at my new member orientation was if I came 5 days a week, I would see results. I've been a member for almost a year, and he was right - it's amazing the results I've seen! I had been working out for a few years at a big box gym but hadn't seen a lot of changes. Not only have I lost weight and inches at Fit Body - I'm so much stronger than I've ever been and have greatly increased my endurance. The 30 minute workouts are different every day so I never get bored. The trainers and other staff are knowledgable, motivational and provide you with as much accountability as you need. I've never had a gym text me before asking if I was making it in for the evening session since they didn't see me in the morning. They help you set goals and work to help you achieve them and then go beyond. So glad I found this gym!
