This box is GREAT! There are members at all levels of fitness. There is plenty of space and excellent equipment. I'm someone who usually doesn't like personal trainers, but the coaches here are AMAZING. They are very knowledgeable and able to help bring the best out of anyone, no matter what their fitness level is. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to get in shape.

Great coaches, excellent community. Wide range of options, wide range of abilities, excellent communication. Compared to other CrossFit I think we have a stronger focus on appropriate scaling; coaches are great at judging capabilities and balancing safety and encouragement.
