The Fitness Police, LLC

My sister brought me into The Fitness Police family! I am so thankful that she did. Mack, the trainer I work with, is simply fabulous. He maintains a positive atmosphere while creating workouts that bring out my best. As I work towards my body fat % goals, Mack continues to individualize my training to fit my needs. When I feel frustrated, he continues to encourage and work with me. He works with my schedule to find exercise times. I wasn't eating the best when I started working out, and Mack spent extra time with me to plan a dietary program to help me reach my goals. It is this extra effort that separates The Fitness Police from other gyms/programs I have done. Mack has given me my confidence back and improved my self-image. Since I started working out with Mack, I feel healthier and stronger. I tell everyone, wherever they are on their health journey, to come to The Fitness Police. I cannot recommend The Fitness Police enough!!!

I feel so fortunate to have found Spencer and The Fitness Police. Spencer has helped to improve my form and endurance tenfold and provides stimulating, varied workouts -- no two are the same. The gym is beautiful -- clean and pleasant with lots of space and equipment, plus easy parking out front. The other trainers and members are kind and friendly, creating a family atmosphere. After working with Spencer, I have more confidence in my athletic ability than ever before and am motivated to keep pushing to the next level. If you're in search of a trainer and a gym, I would highly recommend The Fitness Police!

The Fitness Police is a great place to workout! Mack does an excellent job of pushing me towards my goals while keeping our training sessions new and exciting. If you're looking for a trainer who will push you to reach your goals, provide encouragement and keep you laughing along the way, check out the Fitness Police. You won't regret it!

It’s been almost 5 years since I started working out with Spencer in my home. Even when he’s killing me it’s always a great workout. He motivates me to want to be a better me. Of course the gentle and lots of compliments workout is one of my favorites. But boxing is always the best since I get to hit him.

What a great place to work out! A hidden treasure! Spencer and Mac do a great job of pushing you yet keeping it fun! They do a great job adjusting to your level of capability yet know how to motivate you to push just a little harder! Personal sessions are just that… Personal! Spencer took a nice amount of time figuring out what I needed and helping me work toward it! He took the time to get to know me as a person and what I needed and then made me want more! And the group classes!? They are amazing! While they are called abdominal Boot Camps… When you’re done you’ve had a great full body workout… Oh and did I mention a lot of laughs? Monica
