You know, I could only go so long because gyms like these can price out at a premium.  You get what you pay for.  You get your ass kicked and you get fit doing it by the pull-no-punches, politically incorrect trainers. I would go back in a heartbeat if I had the resources.

We really enjoy the Dungeon! We get to workout together three times a week as a couple. We work on our strength and our core and Cardio!

I absolutely love this place if you want to be the best you come join the dungeon family! I did and I've never felt so good true story.

I love the people here! Great trainers, great support outside the gym, it really is a family--couldn't be happier with my experience and still trying to look for a place where I live now that comes close to DSC (haven't found it yet, unfortunately) :(
