I've been at "Flex" for several years and have had nothing but positive experiences with Lisa, the owner, as well as the other trainers. They will work with you to come up with a workout and a trainer that's the best fit for your fitness levels, goals, and schedule.

Beware the bait and switch! Website states (as of 7/16/17) "First time buyers special! Purchase 5 sessions for $300 / Just $60 each! One session is one hour for one individual." Called them a couple months ago, left a message, received a call back from one of their trainers, my wife met with the trainer, we were give a list of packages, which did not show the "First time buyers special". We asked if she would honor what the website said, and she said yes, but then after additional conversation and after we had paid $300, she reneged on her promise, refunded our money without warning, and said she didn't "feel good" about it since the deal wasn't actually hers, even though it's on the website that she's listed as a trainer for. Very unprofessional, very low integrity, and bad business practice. False advertising and couldn't keep her word. Plenty of trainers in the Twin Cities, so don't put up with misleading, flaky people like this.

If you are looking for a highly educated trainer who truly is engaged with each individual client's needs, you need to contact Holly Margl. The decision to hire a personal trainer was life-changing; getting hooked up with Holly was Providence. I highly recommend her.

My husband and I have been training with Jeanne Johnson and her company Hombody at Flex Appeal for 3 years now. Jeanne is an excellent personal fitness trainer, she has helped us with getting our health back. My husband had really bad back pain and now he is pain free. We would highly recommend Jeanne.
