Balance for Life Fitness Center

First, Balance for Life is a well-run, top notch facility. Julie, the owner, is attentive not only to clients' physical training needs and schedules but also provides a clean, bright, welcoming space for workouts. Second, I've been training with Kandace for the last couple years, and she has done so much for increasing my strength and flexibility, both very important as I age. I appreciate how she meets meet me "where my body is at" on the days we train and modifies the session to my particular needs on that day. Third, the front desk staff is excellent--always friendly, welcoming, and helpful--in person or on the phone. Coming to BFL is a bright spot in my week!

Balance for Life Fitness truly is a special place. I have been training (Pilates) there for about three years and couldn’t be happier. Julie, the owner, is very attentive to clients’ needs and accommodations. The facility is extremely well taken care of. The staff are friendly and caring. I work with Kandace, and she is top notch. Each session she tailors the workouts to my needs. In addition she is very caring and fun, too! I highly recommend Balance for Life Fitness. It’s great!

Balance for Life is my happy place! The staff is great. The classes are so much fun! And the trainers are knowledgeable and supportive. They take the time to make sure you're working your body in a safe and effective manner. The small classes allow you to get to know the other customers. It's like working out with your friends every time! I love this place!

My husband and I have a partners private lesson twice a week. Our instructor is skilled at tailoring each day's workout to meet our needs. Use it or lose it, you know! I love this facility. It's pleasant, well-lit, and clean with machines that are in excellent working order. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I would recommend Balance For Life to anyone interested in staying/getting in shape.

I have been going to Balance for Life for over 10 years. I have done group classes, individuals and duos. I cannot say enough about the instructors and their knowledge. Kandance has been my primary instructor for over fours years. I had scoliosis surgery in 2014 and she prepared me for the surgery and now prepares me to handle every day life. She truly challenges me but understands my limitations. I get a good strong work out. Julie (the owner) works hard to maintain the best group of instructors, operates the facility as a business with a very personal touch! Balance for life has improved my health!! Peggy Schmidt
