Bravo Fitness

Whenever I need to get fit, look and feel good I turn to Bravo Fitness! I am getting married in May 2015 and I ONLY trust Bravo Fitness to help me meet my goals and look my best on my wedding day! I have been going to Bravo Fitness for over 10 yrs. and I enjoy all aspects of the fitness program Bravo Fitness provides....1 one1 and small group personal training, an intimate setting, circuit training, yoga, nutrition and the warm and friendly atmosphere, not just from the trainers but from other dedicated...addicted Bravo Fitness clients! I strongly recommend Bravo Fitness to anyone. I trust Bravo Fitness so much that I have even brought my 11 year old son to train with me and he loves how it makes him feel! "Mom, working out really feels good! When can I go workout with you again?"

This place is awesome! The studio is very easy to get to and the space is perfect for private and intimate group settings. Rebecca is very knowledgeable regarding whatever you are looking to achieve! She has gold star experience in fitness, diet and nutrition—all you have to do is ask and she will provide! I love teaching yoga in this space as it allows for a great set up of students, and the mirrors surrounding the floor plan really helps everyone focus towards exactly what we are working on. This is one of my favorite studios to teach at in the Twin Cities! Come check it out!

Bravo Fitness is my absolutely favorite place to work out, and Rebecca is the best trainer I've ever had. She genuinely cares about her clients and wants us to improve our physical fitness. She is very personable and easy to work with. I've gotten much stronger and have loved the results. She will answer any question you have and I love that she offers different classes too (yoga, defense classes, etc.) I would highly recommend Bravo Fitness for anyone of any age! 5 stars for sure!

If you are searching for a healthier you, I highly recommend Bravo Fitness! Over the past five years, I have become dramatically healthier with the support of Bravo Fitness. I have greatly benefited from the care, guidance and encouragement provided there as I lost over 80lbs and am now stronger, healthier, calmer, and feel 10 years younger.   Thank you also to the many regular clients who gather there as if at a healthy oasis.  I appreciate your friendship and support, and the healthy accomplishments.

Working out at Bravo Fitness is like having your own personal gym. If you feel intimated going to a big gym, this is the place for you. Rebecca and her trainers know what they are doing and don't make you feel intimated. I have seen people of all ages here and people at different ability levels. I highly recommend Bravo Fitness. They also have yoga classes which is an added plus.
