The Sweatshop is an amazing health club. I can not recommend it enough to folks looking for a great space to get healthy, try new fitness classes, work with amazing trainers, meet welcoming knowledgeable staff and ownership, and make new friends. Run do not walk to join this club. I have had other memberships in the Twin Cities and in other states, but nothing as great as the Sweatshop. As I hit my 50's I wanted to make some changes and they supported me as I lost weight, tried new programs, and got healthy. Please go in!

I've been a satisfied Sweatshop member for decades. The Sweatshop is my go-to place for fitness. I am grateful for the helpful advice from the staff about the workouts & exercises my body needs. I especially love the Pilates Mat & Reformer Classes. The friendly Sweatshop staff are highly qualified & their knowledge about fitness, with normal & special populations, is unsurpassed.
