I joined Snap a few months ago, 3Click offered a free evaluation and although I was horribly embarrassed about my body and had zero self confidence, I forced myself to make the appointment and stick with it. Best decision ever!. My self-confidence has improved greatly and I look and feel so much better. I meet with Aaron once a week, I enjoy the flexibility of scheduling (helps keep me on track to reach my goals) and the variety of workouts all while being cheered on by Aaron - I found a determination that I haven't felt in years. It's awesome and so is Aaron and 3Click!!

As a 60 year-old woman, I had read about the many benefits that lifting weights would provide me such as increasing strength, balance and bone density plus reducing heart disease risk and chance of injury. So my Personal Trainer, Keith O’Brien, put together a comprehensive strength training routine for me that provides variety and is easy to follow. It’s been great! I look forward to each weekly session with Keith because in addition to an excellent workout, Keith’s terrific sense of humor keeps me laughing and having fun. Now I am up to dead-lifting 145 pounds and plan to keep going! Thanks, Keith!

I’ve been working with Aaron from 3CLICK Fitness at a Snap Fitness location for 6 months now. The whole experience has been overwhelmingly positive. When I started working with Aaron, I was trying to build strength training into my routine to avoid nagging knee pain caused by running. Aaron is extremely knowledgeable and was able to design a workout that has improved my core strength, stability and mechanics so I can now run pain free. Aaron has also been very flexible with scheduling. I would highly recommend 3CLICK Fitness to anyone looking for personal training services!

I’ve enjoyed working together with both Ryan and Phil in a group fitness capacity at SNAP Fitness Boot Camp. I was afraid to sign up at first...wasn’t sure I could handle the work as I have never really pushed myself to significantly improve my fitness level. As I reached my 50s I started realizing that my leg and core strength was weakening and I generally felt out of shape. I just needed some accountability and a plan to work my body in a way that wouldn’t aggravate past injuries. Ryan and Phil have given me that, and I have gained significant strength across all the muscle groups. They provided the expertise to modify exercises as needed so that I wouldn’t aggravate those past injuries. They made it fun by bringing in music, incorporating a lot of workout variety, creating a very inclusive and informal environment, and just being encouragers as we worked. I highly recommend the trainers from 3Click!

Was so thrilled to move into my new Apartment Community, IndiGO, to find that 3CLICK offered training sessions. After being out of fitness game for many years, I needed a trainer/coach. Thankfully, the trainer, Cheyenne is a fellow resident and awesome to work with! She is patient but firm. She is so easy to work with and guide me through how best and safely to lift weights. I have steadily worked towards my strength goals with success! So happy to have found Cheyenne and 3Click Fitness!
