The trainers at Discover strength are all professionals that will help you reach your workout and strength goals. There process is science based and proven - I have come here for almost 4 years. I have a physically demanding job but I feel stronger than ever and have no issues performing at the highest level in my profession. The DS approach has made it possible to fit this in my busy schedule and make it part of my weekly routine!

Discover Strength offers 1:1 or small group sessions with highly-qualified, personable trainers who know how to challenge people like me without defeating us. I have improved my upper body and general strength significantly in the past few months with two 30-minute sessions a week, designed for me. I can't say enough about this experience. It's the first thing that has allowed me to meet my fitness goals in spite of my very busy schedule.

The personalized workouts. The trainers are great and really try to push me like I need to be pushed. Very friendly too. It’s kind of addictive. And you get a full body workout DONE in 30 minutes twice a week so have time for your aerobic work.

Without a doubt, best full body weightlifting workout you can get in under an hour. Great staff, always motivating and challenging you. Top-class facilities as well. Can’t recommend enough.

I have been working out at Discover Strength 2 times a week for about a year and a half. I love everything about Discover Strength. The trainers here are fantastic!! I've worked out with each of the Plymouth trainers and they each have a unique style that keeps me motivated and challenges my body. I've never enjoyed working out and have tried numerous gyms/workouts trying to find something I would stick with. Discover Strength is the only gym I have continued at consistently. The workouts are challenging, but I have seen more results here doing 2 workouts per week than I ever did with any other workout I've tried. Another thing I love is that the workouts are built specifically for you and all of your progress is tracked by the trainer. So you don't need to keep track of anything...your weights and/or seat position for any machine and you don't even need to count the reps! You literally just show up and workout for 30 minutes 2 times per week. It's that simple. Since starting at Discover Strength, I have noticed more definition in my muscles, I have lost overall body fat, my clothes fit better and my cholesterol has decreased (without changing my diet or doing any additional exercise). I am extremely happy with Discover Strength and I highly recommend them!!!
