After my Shape experience which included weekly weight checks, exercise program with a small group and a trainer, I "maintain and don't gain" my mantra. Terry Jo Alfred, the manager was unique in her availability and encouragement during and after I completed the program and met my goal. My approach to diet and food changed....I am so pleased.

Get In Shape For Women is simply the best!! It combines weight training, cardio and weight management. There is a personal trainer for every four people. The trainers and all staff are very helpful, encouraging, provide individual service and are fun to be around. It is truly life changing and one of the best decisions I've ever made.

The staff at Get in Shape for Women, St. Louis Park, has been extraordinarily helpful- both in the exercise program and in scheduling. I so appreciate their expertise and flexibility, and above all, their sincere interest in helping each client achieve her goals. In every session the trainers monitor and personalize exercises to help me maximize gains in strength and balance. That's just so important in order to live a full life. I highly recommend them.
