The patient interactions and communication is great! Dr Green is great. The visit moves along at a good pace. The only hangup is the time between check-in and being called to start your appointment. I was on time and fully checked-in exactly at my appointment set time but I waited 20 minutes to start my appointment.
I woke up with an eye issue. I called about 10 a.m. and explained condition. Dr. Ebelhar saw me early afternoon. I needed a medication and was able to start treating the issue. It is the beginning of a holiday weekend. I appreciate her kindness and the kindness of the staff. It has been a medically challenging week for our family, and this was just one more thing on top of all else. I can cope with the rest now.
I’ve been a patient at Eye Care Institute for about 20 years. During that time I have always received top notch eye care. I get yearly eye examinations as well as occasional care for any other issues that have presented themselves over that 20 year period such as “floaters”, etc. I’ve been seen regularly for the past 10 years or so by Dr. Patar and I have been completely satisfied with the eye care exams he has provided.
Dr Greene is the best! He tells it like it is, answers my questions and concerns about surgery. The staff is friendly and courteous. Would recommend Dr. Greene to family and friends.
Excellent experience. Efficient check in process and great facility. Plenty of parking and the staff were really nice. Dr. Woodruff was awesome! She put me at ease about my eye health and gave tips on best ways to take care of my vision. I will be returning for my check ups in the future.
I was impressed by the ease of check in and the efficiency of the office. Each staff member I met with was professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. Dr. Greene was through and took great care in my treatment. I felt very confident in the care I received.
Top notch care. Personable, very streamlined process while still spending time during doctor-patient interaction. Never felt rushed.

I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT AT THE EYE CARE INSTITUTE FOR AT LEAST TWENTY YEARS. DR. Greene has always been my doctor! They are genuine nice people that work here! They are concerned with your eye care anytime you visit! I feel confident you would be happy with them.
All the staff wer we are very kind and enthusiastic about helping me Angela and particular did a lot of of my exams and she was very good. Dr. Green, of course was very kind and told me about all the stuff that is a different or wrong with my eyes and what we needed to do in the future perhaps thank you all so much. I will see you again next week thank you.
