Dr. Patel did an awesome job determining my eye prescription. She is an great optometrist. Denine was the eye care specialist who gave me her absolute best in finding the perfect pair of frames to suit my needs and style. She was patient and she had the expertise to surpass my expectations. Jamie, the manager, also has done a superb job providing the atmosphere and managing in a way that brings out the best environment for these eye care experts and their patients/customers to interact comfortably together. Thank you all!! A great team, everyone there!
Great place to get your glasses, and huge selection of frames. Fabulous customer service — they make sure that you’re a satisfied customer. Everyone there is very patient and kind. No better place to get glasses!
I did not have a good experience at this location. I went in for a simple eye exam and lens change and they charge triple the price of what other places charge. Kim could have given me a better deal but chose not to. I also think Kim is rude and abrupt to customers. I used to love this store but it has really gone down hill with Kim there. They also adjusted my glasses incorrectly. They are way too tight and don’t fit right.
I received a 6 month supply of contacts which was not a good brand at all. The issue I had was the contacts that was suppose to last 1-month was drying up in about a week and a half. When I called the company to ask to switch contact brand I was told that I need to get another eye exam which would cost $150 on top the the price I have to pay to get the new brand of contacts. This was very unprofessional. The best thing I can say about this company is where it’s located. I do not recommend this to anyone at all.
I’ve been going to the Atlanta location for about three years now. I have been dreading to make this review due to the Ophthalmologist that I love at this location. Jamie, the customer service representative is always very rude either in person or by phone. His attitude is very deplorable and he actually engages in debates with patients. From the previous reviews below, I am not the only one that has had a bad experience with this individual. The eye gallery should launch an investigation and reprimand his behavior. I called the store back after he hung up in my face and another gentleman answered the phone and I asked for the corporate number and he stated Jamie was the only person who could give me the information. The gentleman came back to the phone and said that the district manager was on vacation and that he could use the district manager my number next week once he returns from vacation. I expressed to the gentleman that someone else should be covering the district manager while on vacation, this gentleman proceeded to say he’d be more than happy to give my number to the district manager and that he would not continue the conversation. This location has lacked customer service skills ever since I became a patient there. Human resources should really evaluate The ethics of this location.
I've been visiting The Eye Gallery for the last five years for all of my eye-related needs - eye doctor appointments, eye glasses, and sunglasses. The staff have always been extremely professional and courteous, making me feel like my ocular health is in GREAT hands. Add to that a wonderful selection of glasses in store, with staff who know the types of frames that best suit your face type, and you're onto a winner. I can not recommend this place highly enough.
Very rude! I called before coming all the way from Gwinnett. When I walked in, the ONLY person of color was a black female who proceeded to ask me what I was there for and every time I answered, she would proceed to type in her computer and ignoring me. I asked for designer semi rimless eyeglasses. She walks me over to Tom Ford and says “we’re busy I’ll be back” and goes back to her desk. There were no other customers in the store aside from myself and one other woman being serviced by another associate. I stood at the Tom Ford cased for 10 minutes as the black sales clerk looked at me and didn’t come back to assist all glasses are locked in a case. As I walked out the door, she says “thank you” in a condescending tone. So I let her know that she was rude. No WONDER they got looted. The customer service is horrible and If I’m laying $700 for a pair of designer frames and lenses, I expect the sales associate to actually assist me and not go back to her desk on her cellphone. Waste of a drive and time.
I've been going to the eye gallery for years. I just had my annual exam and I had the best experience. I am not sure what Robbie's title is, but he's been the main point of contact up at the front desk. He was able to squeeze me in at the last minute and gave me truly excellent personalized customer care. You can tell he is very passionate about helping people and doing whatever he can to accommodate them in such a friendly manner. The eye doctor was very professional, extremely personable, genuinely cared, and she answered my questions with kindness and expertise.
I purchased a pair of RayBans from Mr. Economy in 2014. I still wear that pair of sunglasses all the time! He understands his product, and he sold me quality eyewear that I have been satisfied with for years. He took the time to fit my glasses properly. This guy is a professional and knows his stuff.
Employees Chris and KJ are awesome. Both fellows were extremely accommodating and did what they could to help me find a pair of frames that I had been looking for for quite some time. Both have excellent customer service skills. I felt extremely well-taken care of and welcomed by both gentlemen when they helped me on separate occasions. The Eye Gallery has a really cool selection of frames - pricey, but stylish!
