Terrible customer service. Someone should teach these girls not to roll their eyes and respect what a paying customer asks for and pays for it. Felt as if I interrupted them. Never throw someone’s change in their hand. Emma was on the receipt I hope you were just having a bad day. I will never go back to your location. Good luck with your future with that attitude you won’t go far.

Purchased a chicken plate on 2/16 @ 3pm. As part of my order, I am suppose to receive a side of cabbage salad. The portion I received was extremely small. Asked if this was the norm and without looking the young lady said yes. I paid for an extra side of cabbage salad but it was very apparent I was just ripped off. It’s always a bad sign when an establishment refuses to honor what you have paid for. Even more saddening, is its also obvious the workers don’t care whatsoever. It could be lack of caring, could be racial did get that vibe or could be just a bad day for them. Whatever it is, I won’t be returning.

Rice was undercooked and too hard to eat. Chicken was not cleaned well before cooking. Had a lot of gristle. Maybe they have a new owner. It has been good in the past but not now.

I love eating here. I always order the delicious vegetables with the angus beef. For anyone watching their calories this is the perfect combo. The vegetables are never over cooked so the flavors really pop.

Employees are rude. Their sign says they close at 8 but if you show up at 7:30 they are cleaning up and tell you their closed so they can leave at 8. The food is OK but I prefer waba grill in upland.

Tasted great. But 2 hours later my husband I felt very nauseated. Not sure if I’d go back upset stomach, lingered for hours.

Delicious and healthy. My advice, skip the rice and just get veggies and chicken in a regular bowl. 8 bucks for that and a drink with their lunch deal.

Delicious and healthier than other fast food restaurants. I went overboard on the sauce but I enjoyed it.

I like Flame Broiler and this location was very clean and all the food was good and fresh tasting!!

They’re rude, they’re racist, They didn’t want to give a water cup to my Indian friend, because they said they didn’t have any, but gave a water cup to a white girl in front of us.
