The Flea Market

Great first experience. Vendors are super nice and there is a personal feeling about it. There is a small food bar and size is misleading. WAY BIGGER than it looks from the street. Stop by if you got time to pass.

I don't know if it's just me but it seems as if the flea market was about half empty. Every booth used to be completely full. It was almost as if I was visiting a ghost town. The booths that were out there had a lot of good stuff though.

They have a large parking lot, I think if they allowed other vendors like other variety food venders to set up in part of the parking lot roped off out front in the west side possibly like a carnival and sell other foods...even have a stage area and hire a local band.. this would make it a family event bringing in more people which means more money being spent for the flea market and vendors take make more money.. this would draw in more table vendors as well and that means the flea market would be more successful helping the owners make more revenue. Even advertise it as "spend the day having a family fun day" mentioning the zoo right across the street. See if the zoo would go in on a multitude add together to help save cost on advertising. If you need help organizing this or ideas message me back. This property has the potential to be more entertaining for the whole family. I believe the community would support this ! Some genuinely good shops hidden here, however the quantity of shops that look like someone was cleaning out their garage kind of hurts it a bit

I mean, it's a flea market for sure. Some units are very nice and clean, some are trashed. All of it seems way over priced but I guess they expect negotiating. Huge selection but it was easy to just keep walking past most units. I'm not comparing to other flea markets so it's worth stopping but it's not for me.
