Pecan Park Flea & Farmers' Market

My husband and I were actually vendors for a very short length of time but during that time with came to know the people there. Many are new but most have been there for a bery long time and this is their primary way of life. It is a fun friendly carnival-like atmosphere and the place where you can get practically everything you're looking for. Most of the vendors don't mind bartering for negotiating prices and many times can buy things from you or sell you things. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful and our experience with them in our time there was well spent and we made many friends.

So the flea market is awesome but I am not sure on how to write a review for a specific vendor. We bought a micro pig from one of the vendors there and the next day took him to get checked at the vet and found he had a major infestation of mites that took a few hundred dollars to treat and not only that but the vet we took the pig to they told us they have had several people taking their pigs they bought from the same lady there and found that their pigs also had mites. Plus on top of that the vet told us he was way younger than what the lady told us, she told us he was 9 weeks old, he still should have been drinking milk from the Mom or goats milk. Other than the lady who was selling pigs, goats, and hamsters the flea market is great!

What a big disappointment. A lot of vendors with a lot of stuff, but not exactly flea market fare. Hard to explain. I won't be back. My wife enjoyed, it but that's her thing!! I'm not much of a flea market guy.

This flea market may not be the cleanest, nicest, most structurally sound flea market but I love it. There are plenty of gems hidden here. I've bought books, tools, box springs, etc etc etc there all at a great price.

I live out on this side of town so I've been going to Pecan Park for about 30 years. Sorry it ever burned because there was so much more then. I just like to go and browse, it's fun
