I got my first pair of boots here and bought them too quickly without properly sizing them. After finding out they didn't fit right at home I brought them back. Philip was able to help me find my correct size and exchanged the shoes.

I purchased some frye loafers for about $400. After 4-6 weeks of wear, the inside of the heel had begun to degrade severely. A few weeks after it first started showing signs of abnormal wear, the entire inside of the heel had been worn away and the plastic was exposed, making them impossible to wear. Shocked at the pretty rapid decline, I went to the Frye store in SoHo. I paid $400 for a pair of shoes that wore out in 2 months of light wear, and figured they'd help me out. I showed the associate my shoes and receipt, and she literally laughed in my face, said "that's wear and tear", and then stared at me until I left. The funny thing is, I'm active duty military so I didn't even wear them very often. I need to buy a few more pairs of shoes, but won't be going to Frye. Thanks guys.

Very nice store. But for the price I think they should hire people who can afford to wear t he shoes.

I love the store, it's conveniently located, and the sales associates are super helpful! They don't pressure you to buy and it's an overall very pleasant experience. I usually like to go in here to try on all the shoes and then I'll just order my shoes online.
