The George Besaw

Since the building changed owners and Avenue 5 began managing the George Besaw things have improved immensely. The building is clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is a historical gem with so much to offer just out the front door. We love living here.

New management at The George Besaw has been a breath of fresh air! Great place to live, quiet residents, walking distance to everything you could imagine, and street parking is not a problem at all. I quite enjoy living here.

The George Besaw is under new management and it has been a night and day difference from before. Very friendly staff and maintenance team. Loved our unit and love the location!! I was most worried about the parking situation but have had new issues finding street parking.

The new management has done a great job staying on top of things and helping with any request that comes their way, especially Tom! The location is great, we love being able to walk to Forest Park, grocery stores, the dog park, etc. Haven't had a problem since we moved in and are overall very happy to live here :
